The month of May is coming to a close and our AZ fiends know that this means two things: it’s only going to get hotter outside and Phoenix Comicon (May 28-31, 2015) is upon us! Starting tomorrow afternoon at 4:00PM MST (Arizona), the doors will open up at Phoenix Convention Centerin Downtown Phoenix for Preview Night, kicking off the largest comics and pop culture event in the Southwest!
This is our hometown show and every year, we aim to up the ante! After a very successful Lady Death Kickstarter, we’re excited to show everyone what Coffin Comics has planned for the road ahead. Not only are we back to self-publishing Lady Death, but we’re also pleased to announce a brand new character in the Coffin Universe, Zack the Zombie Exterminator! (more details below!)
You’ll find Lady Death creator Brian Pulido and Coffin Comics at Booth 7028/7030 all weekend on the main exhibitor floor at the show. Brian will happily sign all your comics and collectibles – but be sure to also consider making a donation to Hero Initiative while you’re at the booth! CHAOS RULES KICKSTARTER/BACKERKIT UPDATE: MAY 27, 2015
Over 90% of the physical rewards have shipped out to our backers! We really appreciate everyone’s patience as we roll out the remainder of the rewards! If you have not yet received a shipment notification, don’t worry – we haven’t forgotten you! We expect the remainder of the rewards to be shipped by the end of next week!
AZ LOCALS: If you requested to pick up your rewards at the show, they will be available at the Coffin Comics Booth (7028/7030) during normal exhibitor floor hours. Please bring a government-issued photo ID to claim your rewards!
REMINDER: WE NEED EVERYONE’S SURVEYS! About 98% of our backers have completed their surveys. We’re still waiting for the remaining 2% of you to fill out your surveys! It only takes a couple of minutes! If you haven’t yet completed your survey, you can easily do so here! We can’t ship your rewards out until your survey is complete, so don’t be that guy or gal!
