BRIAN PULIDO LAUNCHES COFFIN COMICS AS NEW HOME FOR LADY DEATH

New universe for fan-favorite character starts in 2015

 

SCOTTSDALE, AZ (October 9, 2014) – Via an agreement with current publisher Avatar Press, Lady Death creator Brian Pulido has announced that he is once again the sole owner of the character, and will start a new publishing company to host new adventures for Lady Death in 2015.

Pulido will launch Coffin Comics, a new publishing entity, for all future Lady Death tales. Pulido plans a new supernatural universe, where Lady Death will play a major role.

“The future looks bright for my dark diva,” Pulido said. “I’m excited to reveal the next chapter in her undead life.”

Lady Death was created by Pulido and debuted in Evil Ernie #1 in 1991. The first Lady Death solo series debuted in 1992. Since then, Lady Death has appeared in over 100 comics in eight languages, selling over 20 million copies worldwide.
